Sapphire Lotus Holistic Healing
Sapphire Lotus Massage LLC was founded by Brittany Stefan in early 2019, where she originally started renting a massage room in Canal Fulton, sharing with Megan McCullough. She decided to start her own business offering Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Cupping Therapy; She was tired of working for others, and wanted to be closer to home, she started to grow and took a huge leap of faith, leaving her full time job in July 2019. Brittany opened where they are currently located in November 2019, and in September 2021, 2022, & 2023, Brittany/Sapphire Lotus was awarded First Place for Beacon's Best Spa/Massage!

​​I tore the meniscus in my right knee and severely strained the MCL several years ago. I am 67, weigh more than I should, and have not been an athlete for many decades. After an MRI several years ago, I was told by an orthopedic specialist that I had arthritis in both knees and had pieces of cartilage (from an old football injury) floating around in the right knee, and in all likelihood, he’d be replacing one or both knees relatively soon.
My chiropractor, Dr. Jim Morgenstern, suggested that due to the severity of the pain, I consider seeing two other professionals that he has worked with before- Dr. Mike Pavlak, a DPT, who specializes in Dry Needling, and Brittany Stefan, an LMT, specializing in deep tissue massage, could loosen up and relieve the soreness from muscles that have been in almost constant spasm for months. An unexpected benefit of a multidisciplinary approach is that what I believed to be arthritis in both kneecaps now seems less bothersome than even before my injury.. I know now that I won’t need surgery in the immediate future. I’m incredibly grateful for the effort that Brittany, Dr. Jim, and Dr. Mike have put in on my behalf and how they have customized their treatment plans for the last several years to accommodate my needs.
